Using the app

Easy Board Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use EasyBoard Darts on compatible devices connected to your Google Play account, subject to Google Play’s applicable terms.

Scoring and availability

The app is provided as a convenient scorekeeping aid. You remain responsible for confirming scores and rules where a competition, league or venue requires an official record. We work to keep the app accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free use.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment methods and refund eligibility are governed by Google Play and applicable law.

Your data

Game data is stored locally. You are responsible for exports or backups you wish to keep before clearing storage, uninstalling the app or changing devices. Please read our privacy policy for details.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Board Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.
